Job Description
The Facility Inspector uses working knowledge of quality control techniques and methodology to provide technical assistance to operations and field personnel.
Pay Range 18 - 20 an hour depending on experience.

Basic Qualifications:
•Must be 18 years of age or older
•Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of similar experience preferred
- Prior surveyor or Quality Control experience preferred
- Proficiency using maps and location equipment in the field
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office platform, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

•Conduct routine inspections of client facilites to ensure they meet company standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
•Use strong attention to detail to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
•Communicate effectively with clients and team members to report inspection findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
•Follow company guidelines and protocols for conducting inspections and documenting results.
•Maintain accurate records of all inspections and provide timely reports to management.
•Collaborate with other team members to address any urgent issues or concerns identified during inspections.
•Continuously monitor and evaluate facility maintenance and cleaning processes to identify areas for improvement.
•Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to facility management.
•Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
•Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting inspections.
