Description:

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Clinical Director to join our team and be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior intervention strategies effectively.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific behavioral challenges and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Be the leader and mentor for the clinic under the direction of the Clinical Director
  • Coordinate and train those working on Fieldwork Experience
  • This role requires a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals through evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in patient assessment techniques and methodologies.
  • License/Certification: BCBA Required
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Excellent data collection skills for tracking client progress and outcomes.
  • Ability to maintain detailed medical records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with clients, families, and team members.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis and intervention strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism
