We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a critical role in managing the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial initiatives. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring availability of accurate financial data for informed decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth Variance Analysis.
- Undertake special financial studies and provide consultative support to various departments as requested by management.
- Develop and manage intricate financial models supporting decision-making on complex business matters, including valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews, providing actionable insights.
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, presenting clear explanations to management.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR, offering financial insights and recommendations.
- Utilize extensive datasets and multiple data sources, consolidating and analyzing data relevant to financial planning.
