TRTX68957 – Head of Trust – Texas Panhandle

We have a healthy regional bank in need of a Director of Trust/Wealth Management. This is a Senior position reporting to the CEO. Management experience will be required as this person will run all aspects of the department.

The existing Assets Under Management include farms/ranches, estates, oil/gas interests, and personal trusts. The goal is to grow the trust division's business in the bank's footprint, and the successful candidate will have the autonomy to do so.

Our client wants someone who has ideas to implement and the desire to make an impact. Salary will be based on experience with incentives, benefits, and a relocation package if needed.
