We are working with a $2B leading manufacturer in North America in the commercial building product space. They are looking for an incredible leader to step in as the Operations Manager for their manufacturing site based in Calgary. This is a company that regularly promotes from within and is well regarded as a leader in innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for Plant Operations, Safety, Quality, Production, and Efficiency
• Create, recommend, and manage capital projects
• Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs
• Drive continuous process improvement and Lean principles
• Manage the facility staff, including hiring, coaching, and developing

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on management experience with budgeting, quality assurance, and troubleshooting equipment
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification a plus
