Job Summary:
IPH is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst who will report to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards at IPH. The Principal Analyst is a highly skilled individual contributor with expertise in Sales Compensation Strategy, executive compensation and strategic compensation practices. The ideal candidate is curious with strong business acumen, a relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and an analytical thinker that dives deep into problem solving.
This will be a key role in helping the business grow with M&A, benefits and compensation projects that require strategic insight and collaboration across multiple groups. This role is part of Total Rewards developing and managing the successful execution of compensation projects including leading communication initiatives out of the Total Rewards function with partnership of marketing and communication.
The role requires being well-versed and experienced in all benefits and compensation elements with strengths in project management, business case development for change, and a holistic approach on aligning the Total Rewards philosophy with our mission at IPH.
The Principal Compensation Analyst must be an agile strategic thought partner interacting with the HR Leadership team and other internal departments, demonstrating expertise, professionalism, dedication, and empathy.
