Responsibilities:

• Data entry of shipping loads
• Data entry of inventory transactions (damages, transfers, reclaimed product, credit slips)
• Recording daily quality tracking results for the TEX (DSD) side of the business
• Outgoing quality inspection of DSD orders
• Provide measuring metrics for each TEX picking employee
• Confirming orders as the picking crew finishes them
• Work with transportation on trailer list going to offsite warehouses
• Receiving in the system supplies purchase orders
• Dispatching shipping personnel workload
• Monitor intra-facility re-supply orders
• Input nightly receiving raw materials into the BPCS system
• Print Inventory labels using the production schedule for finished goods

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and COGNOS
• Knowledge of BPCS
• Data entry skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a busy environment
