The candidate will be an essential part of our team, providing high-quality legal services to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to grow professionally while working on challenging cases. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in a wide range of legal matters, including commercial litigation and insurance litigation. Handle and litigate complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death cases. Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials. Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions. Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies. Stay informed about current legislation and regulations that may affect our clients. Maintain client relationships and communicate with clients to explain legal options, provide advice, and answer questions about their case. Construction defect cases may be assigned depending on the candidate's experience and interest.Qualifications:Must be barred in Arizona, Utah or New Mexico and does not need to live in that state Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney. Proven experience in legal advice, legal assistance, depositions, and commercial litigation. Experience in handling and litigating complex bodily/personal injury, Insurance Defense and wrongful death cases Familiarity with construction defect cases is a plus, but not required. Trial experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
