Job Details

Under supervision, to monitor and control water pump stations, water storage facilities, water distribution system, sewer lift stations, and wastewater collection system; to perform semi-skilled mechanical maintenance; to operate computer based control system; to complete daily and monthly reports, written and computer generated. Essential Duties Inspects, maintains, and repairs failures in the water distribution system, and wastewater collection system; Makes and/or inspects water taps; Performs line locates of water and wastewater mains and apparatuses under the rules of the Texas One Call Law for contractors, citizens and city departments; Interprets maps and drawings; Performs physical inspection; monitors, through computerized systems, the pump stations and chlorination systems, lift stations, and water storage facilities; Prepares daily and monthly operational reports, written and/or computer generated using Microsoft Software or SCADA system; Performs or assists in performin...Worker, Wastewater, Mechanical, Equipment, Retail, Computer, Service
