Summary of Position
This job performs general clerical work, receives documents and payments, and handles sensitive information. The incumbent must be knowledgeable of CTC courses, policies, and procedures and work to achieve a positive learning environment for students and create a favorable working environment for the South Service Area Center and the communities it serves.
The incumbent supports the implementation of all programs and processes.
Minimum Required Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum Required Experience
Four years wage earning clerical experience, or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 Credits) and one year wage earning clerical experience.
A copy of certificates and/or college transcripts required with application for evaluation purposes.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have the capability of exercising independent judgment, discretion, and perform well under general supervision.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to pull reports and analyze data
Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
