Architect and run a best-in-class inbound funnel—content, email, SEO, paid channels, webinars, ABM. Continuously iterate based on pipeline metrics to drive scalable growth.Content Strategy & Execution: Build a content calendar (whitepapers, blogs, reports, webinars) that educates and converts. Plan and execute campaigns across digital, email, events, paid search, syndication, and partner channels. Track and optimize performance—CPL, pipeline, ROI.Messaging, Brand, and Product Marketing: Ensure every asset—from web pages to sales decks—reflects our voice and resonates with enterprise buyers.SEO & Website: Drive SEO improvements to own key terms (e.g., “healthcare pricing transparency”). Oversee ongoing website evolution for clarity, conversion, and brand alignment. Report insights regularly and adjust tactics to hit growth targets.Draft inbound strategy & content calendar. Launch first campaigns & content pieces.Make first marketing hire.Qualifications:Built inbound marketing from scratch at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.Proven demand generation track record driving pipeline growth.You turn complex ideas into content that excites and converts prospects.Deep product marketing skills can outweigh hands-on demand-gen if you can delegate tactical execution.Advanced SEO know-how with demonstrable ranking improvements.Strong analytics skills—comfortable in data platforms.Creative + Analytical: You balance bold ideas with data-backed decisions.Scaled demand-gen to help a startup grow from $Ownership: You'll build Trek Health's entire marketing function from the ground up.Impact: Your work directly shapes a platform that makes healthcare fairer.Team: Join a small, ambitious crew of operators, data scientists, and healthcare innovators.
