The Fleet Services Director is responsible for the effective/efficient management of the Fleet Services Division. The Fleet Services Director directly oversees the operations of Fleet Services, forecasting, planning, organizing, and monitoring the activities of Fleet Services. Essential Duties Plans, coordinates, and directs fleet services, operations, staffing and equipment to meet procurement and maintenance requirements of supported City of Killeen Departments. Prepares and oversees the administration of Fleet Services operating budget and fuel budgets for all city departments/divisions. Oversees procurement of supplies and equipment essential to the operation of Fleet Services. Administers procurement and/or leasing of vehicles and equipment for all departments/divisions. Facilitates, verifies, and reviews all written specifications on vehicles and equipment. Reviews monthly reconciliation of fuel and fleet parts inventories and monthly billing for all departments/divisions.
