This is an entry-level position within the distribution department of a bakery, sales center, or distribution center (DC). The role is essential to daily order fulfillment and truck loading operations.
Job Description
Move stacks of product using pick-to-light or voice-activated systems
Fill route orders and load/unload trucks
Maintain food safety and food quality standards
Follow all procedures in the Food Safety and Food Quality Plans
Take proactive measures to prevent product integrity issues
Participate in audits and compliance with SQF and 3rd-party standards
Required Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stack/carry trays and push/pull product stacks
Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality guidelines
