DSJ Global is looking for a Plant Operations Manager to lead all aspects of daily plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing. This role oversees production, maintenance, quality, safety, and environmental performance, while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operations across production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor plant performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop plant staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee capital projects, equipment layout, and workflow optimization.
• Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Operational Excellence.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years in high-purity chemical or semiconductor manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in operations, quality, or distribution roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
