UpSlope Advisors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a multi-disciplinary government contract, which includes Work Reception, CADD, and GIS functions. This position is contingent upon contract award and is responsible for ensuring programmatic excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction in support of federal facility operations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison with the government client, overseeing all aspects of staffing, performance, deliverables, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of contract execution across Work Reception, CADD, and GIS services
• Serve as the main point of contact between UpSlope Advisors and the government client
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring appropriate staffing, training, and resource allocation
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure deliverable quality, and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain contract compliance, conduct internal reviews, and drive continuous process improvements
• Develop and deliver status reports, briefings, and documentation to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and mission objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a government or military environment
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong understanding of contract management, quality control practices, and performance tracking
• Must possess a valid drivers license

Qualifications:

• Experience managing DoD contracts or installation support services
• Familiarity with JPAS, facility access protocols, and federal contract compliance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Security and Access Requirements:

• Must pass a favorable Agency Check (NAC)
• Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance
