Get to Know Your Team: Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services, and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services, and more. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for answering calls, managing physician schedules, managing all incoming/outgoing documents from providers/patients and representing the clinic with a positive, professional attitude. Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and work to minimize patient wait times. Serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel. QualificationsJob Requirements:Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office settingPreferred Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentOne (1) year of medical office reception experience
