Our Shilo Inn Killeen, TX is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and customer service focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first face, most of our guests will see upon arrival to our hotel, it is your duty to warmly and enthusiastically greet our guests and assist them with check-in/out to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests of the hotel as well as completing tasks associated with the hotels daily operations.
