Safety Manager III Remote Summary: Our Safety Policy team works with external stakeholders and internal teams across our company to understand the relationship between our platform and the safety and well-being of teens on our platform, and to support the safety and well-being of our diverse global community through our policies, tools, resources, and partnerships. We are looking for a Safety Policy Manager with 5 years work experience in academia, tech and/or the policy sectors to support our approach to youth safety and well-being in AI. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to produce results under tight deadlines, juggle many different projects at once, find pragmatic and creative solutions to business issues, provide concise and business-focused advice, articulate policies and their reasoning to various audiences effectively; and make sound judgments.
