Activities Director at Avir Health Group

We are looking for a qualified Certified Activity Director to join our family! The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, develop, and direct activities for residents to promote well-being and engagement.

Build a resident-focused culture as a team builder.

Ensure compliance with LTC/SNF requirements and facility policies.

Must be a certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF.

Qualifications:

• Activity Director Certification preferred.


• Previous nursing home experience preferred.


• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
