* Locate and identify responsible parties through multiple channels and resolve past due amounts by negotiating payments, payment arrangements or other delinquency curing transactions a borrower may be eligible for.
* Identify reason(s) for delinquency
* Educate borrowers and co-borrowers about their payment obligation and the terms of their loans.
* Convey the consequences of non-payment to borrowers and co-borrowers.
* Create financial, administrative, and maintenance transactions
* Verify points of contact for borrowers and co-borrowers (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses).
* Prepare periodic summary reports for management review
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

* At least 2 years of consumer collections in a tested FDCPA compliant call center environment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good communication skills
* Experience in customer service and direct contact with customers
* Must successfully pass background investigation
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
