About The Role
Join Laerdal, a company dedicated to helping save lives, as an Assembly Operator I. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble and paint products that make a difference, working with a supportive team and following established guidelines to ensure safety and quality.

  • Assemble products efficiently and accurately, meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain assembly equipment, performing setup and shutdown, and reporting any malfunctions.
  • Manually assemble components to create finished products, including manikins and kits.
  • Work with electronic components, including soldering and assembling cables and speakers.
  • Inspect and test parts and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Pack products for shipping, following proper procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce quality parts in the quantity specified by schedule.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience with electronics, vinyl, and molded parts assembly is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring hand coordination, sitting, and standing.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday
  • 6:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate:

  • $15.50/hr.
