The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible./ppDuties / Responsibilities:/pulliPractice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations./liliWork in a team environment to product products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives./liliServe as a good steward of our companys physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping assigned areas clean and orderly./liliAssist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues./liliPerform other duties assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh School diploma or GED preferred/liliVersatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary./liliClear and effective communication./liliAbility to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired./li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliMust be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds, as well as other physical duties needed./li/ulpTravel Requirements:/pulliNone/li/ulpWhy Clayton?/pulliFull-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
