Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas within the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms and common areas to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Manage and properly utilize cleaning supplies and equipment while maintaining the appearance of housekeeping areas.
• Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations as needed.
• Follow written and oral instructions for mixing cleaning compounds and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• High school education or equivalent experience; minimum of an 8th-grade education required.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions while following directions.
• Must demonstrate tact and professionalism when interacting with residents, families, and staff.
• Capable of lifting and moving a minimum of 25 pounds and performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
