RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is looking for a remote Business Analyst II to join their team. This is a contingent worker role.

The clients Operational Excellence & Automation team is made up of business analysts who serve as empathetic internal process consultants. We empower innovation and operational efficiency in a dynamic fast-paced team environment by leveraging data, customer insights, and technology to optimize the way teams work.
This role will focus on using functional process expertise and facilitation with specialist teams to identify configuration requirements and process improvements to be implemented in partnership with tech teams. Primary responsibilities include developing and documenting as-is process flows, business requirements, recommending solutions, and documenting redesigned processes and procedures. The organization is in the process of transitioning to Service Now for HR Service Delivery.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
