The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest's stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property's vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys. • Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. • Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. • Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings. Qualifications: • Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
