What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between plant management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle data entry.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
  • Handle accounts payable responsibilities, including invoice processing and vendor communication.
  • Help with scaling.

What Are We Looking For:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel) and data management.
  • Experience in ERP software, preferably SAP.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in construction, aggregates or manufacturing preferred.

Physical Demands of the Job:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to move around the office and plant as needed.
  • Use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
