The Work Control Clerk GFEBS will perform data analysis and entry functions utilizing the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) in support of an industrial Preventative Maintenance (PM) contract.
Responsibilities
Track and monitor GFEBS Preventative Maintenance Order (PMO) work orders timelines, status, completion, and resolve errors for their assigned work center.
Perform data entry of daily PMO labor and equipment (L&E) usage into GFEBS for their assigned work centers.
Batch print and organize PMO's for the future work week.
Extract and compile detailed data reports on GFEBS PMO operations, perform analysis for discrepancies.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience utilizing General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Plant Maintenance modules, specifically preventive maintenance.
A minimum of five (5) years enterprise level skill using a variety of automated office systems and software (e.g. Adobe, SAP, etc.), to include Microsoft Office software, with special emphasis on Excel.
Skill should be that of an advanced Microsoft Office proficiency level competency in execution of complex Microsoft Office software tasks executing features in Excel, Access, etc. (e.g. complex pivot tables, slicers, data comparison, data merges, database creation, database revision, table creation, etc.).
A minimum of five (5) years of experience analyzing equipment databases, complex planning schedules, and complex workload for the greatest efficiency of operations in a maintenance environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of GFEBS and plant maintenance modules, specifically preventative maintenance.
Proficient with office automation to include desktop computers, copiers, and phones.
Highly proficient with Microsoft office suite, particularly excel.
Ability to perform pivot tables, data merges, and create and modify formulas.
