Your Role:

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate successes.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
