Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Planview Admin to join their team! This position is remote.
Duties:
Provide process-oriented and administrative support to the Portfolio Management function
Assist in onboarding internal teams onto Planview, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance with established processes
Develop and manage a 30-day onboarding plan, followed by a 2-3 month rollout strategy for multiple teams
Support the hiring manager in portfolio management activities, including documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met
Maintain accurate records, templates, and training materials related to Planview onboarding and portfolio processes
Monitor onboarding progress and provide feedback or support to teams as needed
Desired Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in administrative support or process coordination roles
Familiarity with portfolio management tools
Planview experience highly preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supporting and guiding internal teams
Ability to create and manage onboarding/training plans and track adoption progress
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $43.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
