As an Assembler II, you'll play a key role in assembling high-quality components that move through our production process and into the hands of our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Verify incoming parts against production documents (Travelers) to ensure accuracy before assembly
  • Position and assemble parts using blueprints, work instructions, and product knowledge
  • Secure components using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, and other fasteners
  • Inspect completed assemblies to confirm they meet documented requirements
  • Perform required testing on new or assigned assemblies
  • Prepare completed components for the next stage of production
  • Work safely, ethically, and with accountability for quality and teamwork
  • Pitch in on other tasks as needed to support production goals
What You Bring
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Experience using calipers or similar measuring tools to verify component specifications
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with clear production goals
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Work Environment

This role is performed in a manufacturing setting. You'll regularly work around moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to noise, vibration, fumes, airborne particles, and non-weather-related heat or humidity. Physical Requirements
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for handling and assembling components
  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
