Description:
- Proposal Manager will work with the Capture Manager to deliver a compelling and compliant proposal. This will require the proposal manager, for example, to develop a proposal schedule, run daily stand-ups, prepare for and execute all color team reviews, assist authors in developing proposal artifacts, prepare the proposal for delivery and conduct any post delivery activities.
- Project Management, Strong Communication skills, familiarity with the RMS Win Plan and RMS proposal processes, Ability to lead others and work under tight deadlines
