We make our dough fresh daily in our restaurants and welcome applications from individuals with both restaurant experience and those new to the field. The Dining Service Assistant is responsible for performing essential tasks to ensure quality products and services are consistently delivered to our guests, fulfilling the Cicis promise. Compliance with our uniform, appearance, and operational standards is expected.

• Perform assigned duties such as ingredient preparation, quality product creation, guest order processing, and providing exceptional customer service through friendly interactions.
• Collaborate and support fellow team members by being punctual, assisting with various roles as needed, and completing all cleaning and closing tasks.
• Uphold Cicis image and appearance standards while contributing to a positive atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun!
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to protect restaurant assets and comply with security standards.

• Must be 18 years of age for operating certain equipment.
• Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds during shifts.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting throughout the workday.
• Possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, confidence, and a spirit of teamwork.
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to form relationships.
• Exhibit professionalism at all times.
• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours weekly, including flexible nights and weekends.
• Ability to manage job-related stress and interact effectively with both guests and coworkers is essential. The work environment may include flashing lights, mechanical equipment, and loud noises.

• Preferred experience, but not required.
• Food Handler Certification is needed.
