A Typical Day...

Your role will be impactful as you help clients make confident, informed decisions regarding their lives and finances. You will build stronger client relationships each year as part of H&R Block's seasonal team as a Client Service Representative.

It would be even better if you also had...

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Sales/marketing experience

What you'll bring to the team...

• Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients according to their preferences
• Ensure all client needs are met during service in-person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and resource organization with team members
• Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
