🔧 What You'll Do

As a Skilled Laborer, you'll play a key role in our concrete production operations, helping build high‑quality products from the ground up.

Your daily work will include:

• 🛠️ Assembling structures using hand & power tools

• 📦 Loading and unloading materials

• ⚙️ Assisting with plant equipment setup

• 🧱 Participating in concrete production processes

• 🦺 Following all safety protocols to maintain a safe job site

✔️ What You Bring

• Strong experience with hand and power tools

• Ability to use measuring tools accurately

• General labor experience in construction or production

• Spanish communication skills

• Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently

⭐ Preferred Experience

(Not required — but a big plus!)

• Construction or heavy industrial manufacturing experience

• Mechanical or packaging process knowledge

• Experience with tape measures, tools, or general production tasks

🏭 The Work Environment

You'll work both indoors and outdoors, depending on daily tasks. Expect hands‑on, physical work including lifting, bending, and standing.

Shift Information

• Start time: 7:00 AM

• Shift length: 10–12 hours

• Schedule: Mon–Fri (and expanding to Mon–Sat)

• Breaks: 30‑minute lunch + (2) 15‑minute breaks

Safety Gear

• Steel‑toed shoes + met guards required

• All additional PPE provided

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
