Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Essential Functions

• Safely operates tractor on government installation streets, roads, airfields, grounds on government property.
• Maintains high standards of safety, maintenance, and appearance by cleaning buildings/restrooms, cuts trees, plants/removes trees, and brushes.
• Operating tractor in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Cleaning and performing minor preventive maintenance to tractor.
• Removing litter and other debris from assigned areas as directed.
• Must be willing to do other manual labor work using: trimmer, blower, shovel, broom.
• Must be able to pass an airfield drivers test.
• Ability to safely and courteously operate the tractor on a daily basis.
• Remove landscaping rock annual removing dead leaves and debris; areas located trees, entryways and back dock area.
• Perform safety/maintenance equipment inspections.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
