About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Content Specialist who can design, write, and execute compelling content across multiple digital channels. You'll play a key role in developing eye-catching visuals, engaging copy, and strategic content marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity, design skills, and strategic thinking, making it perfect for a well-rounded content professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and execute high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
• Graphic Design: Design branded assets, marketing materials, and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other design tools.
• Copywriting: Write compelling website copy, blog posts, email content, and ad copy to support digital marketing initiatives.
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, campaign materials, and audience engagement strategies.
• Video & Multimedia Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media and marketing use.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
• SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Content Specialist, Content Designer, or Digital Marketing Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing design, copywriting, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) or other design tools.
• Proficiency in Meta Suite (Facebook, Instagram), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).
• Strong copywriting and content writing skills with experience in marketing, branding, or social media.
• Knowledge of social media best practices, platform trends, and content marketing strategies.
• Photography and videography skills, with the ability to shoot and edit high-quality content.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic SEO knowledge for digital and social content is a plus.
