Research general ledger and internal checking accounts assigned
Resolve reconciling items
Reconcile ATMs
Research and resolve outstanding ATM discrepancies
Communicate with other bank employees, financial institutions, outside vendors, and account holders, using phone, email, and pre-scripted letters
Research and clear adjustments with correspondent accounts/returns/not our items/duplicates
Process the duplicate detect report and make appropriate entries
Research all proof corrections and new account rejects
Scan documentation daily and maintain filing of closed adjustment cases
Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with company policy, department procedures and assigned approval limits
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Position level dependent upon experience and performance
