Maintenance Clerk

PeopleReady of Killeen, TX is now hiring Maintenance Clerks in Belton, TX! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Clerk to support our warehouse maintenance operations. This role works closely with the maintenance team to track parts, assist with equipment upkeep, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical knowledge and strong computer skills.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $12.50 - $12.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Clerk:

• Maintain and organize inventory of maintenance parts and supplies

• Identify, order, and track parts such as cylinders, motor gears, bearings, and related components

• Assist maintenance technicians with parts research and documentation

• Maintain computerized maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records

• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding parts and repairs

• Ensure maintenance area and records remain organized and up to date

• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Working knowledge of mechanical components (cylinders, motors, gears, bearings, parts, etc.)

• Basic understanding of industrial or warehouse equipment preferred

• Strong computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, email, Excel or similar programs)

• Ability to read part numbers, diagrams, and maintenance documentation

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous warehouse or maintenance-related experience a plus

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
