Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location; Carry and maintain assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, state and local requirements, and post orders; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, reporting, and coordination with clinical staff and/or local law enforcement as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations, checking doors, entrances, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity; Complete detailed security-related documentation such as incident reports, shift logs, and patrol observations, and communicate pertinent information during shift turnover
