Genesis10 is currently seeking an HR Clerk for a hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in New York, NY. This is a 9 month contract opportunity.

Pay rate range up to $19.94 hourly.
Hybrid Role (onsite 3 days a week)
M-F 9am-5pm

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Operations "Ask HR" team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support to employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely responses to HR inquiries while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions, providing clear and accurate information via our internal ticketing system.
• Research and resolve employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR specialists as needed.
• Support HR team members with administrative tasks, including data entry, document review, and process tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and streamline HR processes.
• Ensure all work is completed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR operations, customer service, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
