Description

Centex Technologies seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records in Killeen, ensuring accuracy in daily transactions and compliance with accounting standards. This role supports our technology operations by maintaining precise financial data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
• Enter all financial transactions into the accounting system using QuickBooks.
• Ensure accuracy between ERP and accounting software.
• Perform collection duties for past due customers.
• Maintain organized financial records and generate reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance; Bachelor's preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
• 3+ years of QuickBooks experience
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in technology or professional services, preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of payroll software is a plus.
