Supervise a team of clinical informatics advocates assigned to the facility or region. Oversee day-to-day informatics support, ensuring timely resolution of issues, user assistance, and proactive engagement. Coordinate participation in enterprise projects, EHR upgrades, system testing, and go-live support. Act as a clinical informatics liaison for nursing, providers, and other clinicians ensuring effective system use and addressing workflow concerns. Promote and monitor the adoption of clinical documentation standards, decision support tools, and safety features within the EHR. Collaborate with training teams to deliver new hire onboarding, role-based education, and ongoing skills development related to clinical systems. Participate in site-level or regional workflow redesign efforts to improve documentation efficiency, clinician satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
