Ross Stores - 3205 East Central Texas Expressway - Responsibilities: Supervise and develop Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads (where applicable) to ensure company standards are met.; Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.; Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area at all times.; Lead Front End operations, train associates on cash registers, and manage POS procedures.; Oversee loss prevention efforts, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies.
