Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, DOE
Shifts Available: Day Shift and Swing Shift

Looking for a hands-on warehouse role in a large manufacturing environment with long-term career potential? Join a leading industrial equipment manufacturer as a Warehouse Associate, supporting production operations by safely moving materials, staging components, and keeping the shop supplied and organized.
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficient material flow throughout the facility, ensuring production teams have the materials they need to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move materials and large components
- Loading, unloading, and staging materials for production and shipping
- Receiving incoming shipments and verifying materials against packing slips and purchase orders
- Organizing and storing materials in designated warehouse locations
- Delivering parts and materials to production departments as needed
- Preparing materials and components for shipping or internal transfers
- Performing inventory counts and assisting with inventory control processes
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Following all safety procedures when operating material handling equipment
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift operation experience required
- Overhead crane experience required
- Experience moving and staging materials in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to read work orders and material lists accurately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Competitive pay $20 - $25/hr depending on experience
