Pactiv Evergreen - - Responsibilities: Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs; Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs as needed; Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to changing lights, unclogging drains, repairing leaks; Coordinate with external contractor for specialized repairs or projects beyond routine scope; Start up and shut down plant systems including generators, air compressors, cooling towers, and chillers
