Ross Stores - 3205 East Central Texas Expressway - Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly manner to create a positive shopping experience.; Keep store clean and organized, assist with merchandising and restocking to company standards.; Assist customers with merchandise and questions, including at the register, and escalate to leadership when needed.; Maintain safety and security on the sales floor and follow loss prevention guidelines.; Process newly received merchandise and expedite to sales floor per presentation guidelines.
