Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the lobby, common areas, and perimeter, as assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.; Support building operations by assisting with deliveries, contractor check-in procedures, and visitor management processes while maintaining professional communication with occupants and guests.
