Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from internal and external customers, including employees, patients, and visitors. The role involves accurately documenting requests, dispatching work orders, and supporting day-to-day service operations. The ideal candidate will also assist with special projects as needed and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Document and dispatch service/work requests
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $17.00 -
18.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may
