The Community Relations Liaison builds and strengthens relationships with businesses and community stakeholders to increase awareness of and engagement with Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries mission programs, donated goods retail stores, and sustainability efforts. This position maintains a high-level knowledge of mission and retail operations to connect potential partners with relevant Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries points of contact and assess engagement outcomes in their assigned region.

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum Skills:
Education and/or Experience, Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree required. Preferred minimum of three years' experience in the practice of communications and business partnerships. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) or G-Suite expertise strongly preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's liability insurance provider.

Work Environment:
