A manufacturing company in Little River-Academy is seeking dependable Floor Assembly Team Members to support the final assembly and testing of products in their facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and able to maintain quality while performing repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities* Assemble and test parts and systems according to company procedures
* Follow diagrams and instructions to ensure proper assembly and quality standards
* Use basic hand and power tools such as power screwdrivers, soldering irons, and small drills
* Cross-train across multiple workstations and assist with different assembly processes
* Help maintain accurate inventory counts and organized work areas
* Meet production and assembly timelines set by the plant manager
* Identify and communicate potential product or assembly issues to management
* Assist with training new team members as experience grows

Qualifications* Ability to read diagrams and follow written instructions
* Comfort performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
* Familiarity with basic quality control practices
* Experience using hand or power tools is preferred
* Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time on site
* Strong teamwork and communication skills

Schedule* **4-day work week (4/10 schedule)**
* **Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM**
* Includes **30-minute lunch and three 10-minute breaks**
